I am following the various examples and tutorials with fairly good success.

I am working on a situation with one class "contained" by another and have
followed the "compartment" gmf examples.

All works well when
gmfgen->GenEditor->GenDiagram->GenCompartment.List_Layout is set to true
(default): i.e., contained objects can be created and are rendered as a
list.

However, when I set List Layout to true in order to render the nested
classes as floating, the GMF runtime environment/canvas no longer allows
rendering (i.e., insertion of nested object) and always displays an
"International No" symbol.

Any suggestions on why this is? I've looked closely at the mindmap example,
which exhibits the desired behavior, but have not be able to discern what
the difference is.

Thanks in advance.

Steve
