My question is above...And now a little explaination:
I want that a .NET tool(written by myself) communicate with eclipse/ECF, so that i can activate and deactivate Tasks in eclipse/mylyn.

I tried some examples and read fully two days in tutorials. I fell, that i searched the hole web and got now square-eyes.

Can anyone give me a hint for my problem?

Greets,
Theo

Hi Theo,

ECF has a provider architecture, and this does/would allow a .net-based comm app to be substituted underneath the ECF APIs.

I'm not quite clear on your Mylyn use case...and how ECF would play a role there...perhaps you want to extend Mylyn rather than ECF?...I can't quite tell from your description.

Scott
