For us, PCC is a proof of concept and a learning experience. Going forward,
we'd like to see DTP become a part of our infrastructure for data-related
tools. PCC is currently database-specific (meant for managing
Pervasive.SQL), but we're certainly moving quickly in the direction where
our tools need to be database agnostic.
I believe we can both benefit from my involvement on the DTP project. Let me
know if there is anything immediate I can help with, and please don't
hesitate to contact me directly. FWIW, while I have not been given the go
ahead to open source "PCC", I have been given the O.K. to officially spend
some of Pervasive's time working on DTP components. Again, please let me
know how I can help.
