Header, image and spacing in PDF output [message #94118] Wed, 23 November 2005 11:52

I created a Master Page with BIRT 2.0M2 with a header that contains a grid,
which in turn contains an embedded image (tried .jpg, .bmp and .gif formats,
no difference), and two labels.

In the main layout, I have a few blank rows and 10pt margins on cells and
rows to ensure proper spacing.

When I run this in the .war runtime, I get the followin behaviour:

- Correct spacing but no sign of the master-page header in the HTML output
- Text of the header displays correctly in the PDF output, but no sign of
the image
- In the PDF output, all the spacing is effectively 0 - the rows and
columns all join up, making the report harder to read.

Are these known problems? My fault? Workarounds?
