I have a big autotools project. The most of the project is written in C, but some parts are in C++. Unfortunately CDT handles the entire project as C code and refuses to code complete C++ code (like STL).

How I can force Eclipse to handle some directories in the project as C++ code? It isn't enough just to have files with the correct extensions.
