Documentation is sparse when it comes to WTP integration. How do I deploy a IAM project to a tomcat server such that the dependencies on my jar files and overlays are configured and copied into the webapp directory along with project?

I'm currently running IAM 0.12 along with IAM Webtools Support 0.12

they jars get copied when you do Run -> On server. Depends on the
appserver, but IIRC the war file with all the dependencies is copied in
the filesystem to the tomcat location
