WindowBuilder Pro installation problem in Eclipse 3.6 (Helios) [message #660627]

i have downloaded eclipse 3.6 Helios service release 2
or Eclipse 3.6 (Helios) i got to know URL through a site to install
WindowBuilder Pro this

the URL is this
http://dl.google.com/eclipse/inst/d2wbpro/latest/3.6

when i was installing it gave me the error which is below

ERROR
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

Reading those messages suggests to me that there was a connectivity
issue between you and the dl.google.com server. I'd just try again since
those kinds of connectivity problems are usually transient.
Another possibility is that you're Internet access is through a proxy or
firewall that blocks some traffic. If so, you can configure proxy
settings in the Eclipse Preferences.

Seconded, the dl.google.com site is also where apt on Ubuntu picks
up updates to Chrome and once in a great while, it's simply not
available, just try again later.
