Hello all,

I'm working on a project which has a source directory with multiple subdirectories. Those paths have to be in the compiler's search path in order to build everything correctly.

I've configured the Eclipse project under a managed build environment, makefiles are generated by Eclipse but the include paths are not added automatically. The indexer on the other hand resolves all references to source files correctly.

Is it possible to let Eclipse generate the include paths automatically or do I have to fill in the paths myself?
