What am I missing? How to run e4 1.0M4 with new GUI? [message #571576]

A while back I downloaded 0.9, and the GUI was completely different. I just downloaded the 1.0M4 build, and it runs in a compatibility mode. I'd like to see e4 running with the lastest new gui. Is it a .ini file change to run? I didn't see anything in the preferences to change to the new gui.

No, the 1.0M4 e4 SDK builds are not being run in self-hosting/compatibility mode.

Thanks for the links, I'll play around with that a bit.

One of the things I wanted to see a bit more on was in the 0.9 release, the perspectives were not icons in a toolbar, but rather an all encompassing tab folder. The interesting part was that it seemed each perspective had it's own copy of a view, and it's own set of open editors. The other thing that the 0.9 release didn't show was a workbench level coolbar, but the individual toolbars provided by an editor didn't show up in the editor area's toolbar.
