Hi, all:
I'm trying to compile jai-imageio-core CVS version downloaded from
https://jai-imageio-core.dev.java.net/
from within Eclipse 3.5 IDE.
There is no red cross to indicate the compilation errors.
However, when I tried to 'ant build.xml", I obtained the following error messages:

One "sub" project does this on me too because of some characters
inserted by a European colleague. These are always in comments, so they
don't matter. I just ignore the output from that project.

I don't think it's the same in my case.
Here on my computer, this is not a "sub" project at all.
And, as you can see, I'm not able to produce the wanted .jar files finally.

Sorry, I quoted "sub" because in Eclipse, there's no such thing as a
subproject. I'm only referring to one or two of my projects that I don't
work in because they're done by other colleagues. In my case, as they
are only warnings, the JARs are nevertheless generated.
