Plugins - Importing from 32bits Eclipse to 64bits Eclipse [message #500220]

Hello guys,

I migrated my OS (Ubuntu 9.04 (32bits) to Ubuntu 9.10 (64bits)), and so I had to install eclipse again.
I copied my eclipse folder thinking in my plug-ins (I don't want to loose them).

I've installed eclipse again (64bits one), and now I want to know if is there a way to get my plug-ins from the 32bits installation and export them to the new installation (64bits).

How to do that?
Is there a normal way or it will be an work-around?
