I am writing an RCP application. I launch it using :

D:\OpenfoldPlugin\eclipse.exe -application
com.openfold.core.OpenfoldApplication -vm c:\j2sdk1.4.2\jre\bin\javaw
-vmargs -Dosgi.splashPath=platform:/base/plugins/com.openfold.core

This works fine. It starts with my splash screen, application, and
pespective.

I would like to pass splash path argument when I run the application
within the Eclipse as Run-time Workbench. I put

-Dosgi.splashPath=platform:/base/plugins/com.openfold.core

as a VM argument. It starts without a splash screen. Is this supposed to
work?

Thanks..

Just for kicks, launch your runtime workbench config and in the debugger
select your process and right click Properties. The command line should be
there. Does it look funny? (anything else related to splash on there)

Also, you don't say where your plugin is. Is it in the workspace? In the
target platform?
