JWT is basically written in English, but contains translations for
French and German. Then, Eclipse automatically starts JWT in German if
it is your Locale.
If you want to start Eclipse using another Locale than the one your OS
suggests (for example Eclipse in English with a German locale), you can
customize your eclipse.ini.
I believe that you only have to add a line containing "-nl en" in your
eclipse.ini file just before the -vmargs.
