Thanks - these are very helpful & it works :-).

There looks like there is an inconsistency in API here though. In the XSD
- the AuditPhiExportRequest defines patientId as patientIdType and in
AuditPatientRecordReadEventRequest it's a string. These seem like they
should be the same.
