Sounds like a great deal and good progress for Higgins
(growing its "tail" quite a few inches longer ;-)

Being involved in discussions with the (not yet so grown) OHF project, I
am wondering, if you (or its involved IBM/Eclipse specialists) see Higgins
also usable and important for Social Security Card purposes?

I would think so, but I'm just guessing. I'd need to know more to be able to
really say. Can you hum a few bars of what the requirements might be?

Werner, I'd like to say "yes" but is there more you can say about the Social
Security Card use case you have in mind?
