Problem to unzip the SDK with winRar [message #1399956]

Once I have the "Eclipse ADT with the SDK for windows" (downloaded from android site)I try to Extrat files... but I've got this message from WinRar:
"The archive is either in unknow format or damaged"

I've got windows 8 and I don't know what can I do, any ideas?
