Hello All,

I would like to be able to set the size of the canvas in my project, and
possibly disable scrolling. For example I'd like to prevent the user from
dragging a shape off the screen.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=168578 said to try:

viewer.getStaticGraph().setPreferredSize(width, height);

but I had no luck. The getStaticGraph() method wan't there. Anyone have
any suggestions?
