Hi,
In the Java editor, in the left margin are collapsible icons at the
beginning of the import section and all block comments.

Is there SWTBot code that I can look at that simulates automatically
clicking it?

This is not supported, I believe a similar issue was raised a while ago.

Please open a bug if you'd like to see this support.
