Since my eclipse is unable to install new software from web I download and install archives. I need e(fx)clipse archive. Can someone give any links to get it?

You want our update-sites as zips? Then yes those are available on
downloads.eclipse.org:

Tooling:
http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/updates-nightly/site_assembly.zip

Runtime:
http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/runtime-nightly/site_assembly.zi
