Dear Eclipse Community,

i'm writing my master thesis about a project, that uses the Eclipse Modeling Framework. I would like to write about the structure and of Eclipse platform. I would like to ask you, is there some diagram, that shows the core components or the major subsystems of the Eclipse Modeling Framework?
I found some description, but i'm not sure, if this is the whole structure:
http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/guide/runtime_components.htm
http://eclipse.org/eclipse/platform-core/

Thank you in advance,
Daniel

Best you ask about EMF on the eclipse.tools.emf forum.

I often show this slide in my presentations showing the component
diagram of a typical generated editor where the things in the bluish
color all function independent of Eclipse and the things in purple
integrate the blue parts with Eclipse.

That diagram is more about the platform's structure, not EMFs, for that
it's better to ask on the eclipse.platform forum.
