Hi!

We're almost there! You can now download RAP 2.3RC3 from all the usual
places: Our website [1], the p2 repository[2][3] and on Maven Central.

The New & Noteworthy page has also been updated for the 2.3 release [4].

Hi!

I have some problems getting RC3 to work here.
In the RAP - Tools RC3 there is only the version for updating Juno?!
What I'm looking for are the RAP-Tools for Luna.
This is the version which is working with the new Application-Model approach (e4).

Where do I go wrong?
