I have already downloaded PyDev via Terminal, I just don't know what to do from here. Also, I have tried installing PyDev via Eclipse > Help > Install New Software but it did not work out. I have the full error report if you would like to look at it. Please respond ASAP; I would like to get coding as soon as I can.

Forums aren't really an "ASAP" venue. Can you elaborate on, "it did not work out?" What exactly were you doing?

After a while of fiddling around with it, I finally just downloaded the PyDev .zip file and unzipped it into my dropins folder underneath /usr/lib64/eclipse now I have PyDev, but it does not show up when I go to Window > Preferences and try to configure it in Eclipse.
