I got a treeview with some elements. Then when I doublclick on a element in the treeview I want a new graphicalviewer to open with information about the element (Kind of the same way an editor for javafile opens when you doublicklick on a javafile in the packageexplorer). If I doubleclick on an other element I want a new graphicalviewer to open with info about that element.

For the moment I got a doubleclicklistener in my treeview and thats working. But don't know how to create the new view with the information about the chosen element in the treview.

Fisrt of all should I use GEF? I want to show some text and some bargraphs in the new view. Later I also want create some graphs that I want to modify so then I have to use GEF.
