I'm trying to create a Statistical configuration item that would monitor the
"Linux System Trace" that would be attached to the RAServer running on my
linux box. However, when I try to profile this item I get a "IWAT6062E
Could not create trace agent on RAC", with the following details:

org.eclipse.hyades.internal.execution.local.control.NoSuchAp plicationException
BUNDLE_NAME ..........org.eclipse.hyades.perfmon
BUNDLE_LOCATION ..........update@plugins/org.eclipse.hyades.perfmon_4.0.0/

at org.eclipse.core.internal.jobs.Worker.run(Worker.java:76)

In the plugins directory for the RAC, I have the following:

Does the NoSuchApplicationException indicate a problem in my Eclipse
configuration? or with the RAC? Am I missing something?

Thanks.

As it turns out, the LinuxAgent executable wasn't marked as executable...
chmod'ing it made it work...
