Davide,
I strongly suggest you explain what you were seeing and what you found
on the eclipse.webtools newsgroup (I've copied that group to this
message). You should never have to edit those kinds of files by hand and
it is likely that the WTP (web tools) has things that way for a reason
and provides a better mechanism for configuring it.
