I like EGit really much. But one thing is much better in Aptana-Git.
On commit, you see a nice quickdiff for each choosed file
index.php/fa/18064/0/

I would love to have this in Egit.
(I know the way : right mouse click on file and "compare with HEAD revision", but it would be better to see this direktly)

When I need that info in EGit then I select the commit in history view and do "Open in Commit Viewer". In Commit View I switch to the "Diff" tab.

But that's also quite hidden. And it shows the diff for all files instead of the diff for one file. One idea would be to add the quickdiff for the selected file in history view.

Ciao
Chris

yes, but the diff in commit viewer and history view is only available for commits which have already been created which is not the case if you didn't commit yet Smile
