So im a first time user and I looked up how to install everything you need to start Eclipse but it wont work. I downloaded Eclipse and when i tried to start it, the logo for eclipse popped up, and then a few seconds later saying: "An error has occurred. See the log file C:\Users\Abdul\Desktop\eclipse\configuration\1398133726422.log.

I tried to go to workspace but there is no workspace because this is the first time running eclipse on my computer. Ive been trying to fix this by doing a whole bunch of stuff but nothing is working.

Can someone please help me with this problem!!

Can you append the contents of the file mentioned in the error dialog? Which download of Eclipse was this?

What tool did you use to unzip it? And have you tried the 32-bit download?

I have been using 7zip and when I first opened 7zip with eclipse,I dragged the folder to the desktop and it would say some stuff wouldnt alow it but when i clicked extract the folder here with out opening 7zip, nothing popped up. I tried 32-bit but a message pops up saying "Failed to load JNI shared library." My OS is Windows 8.1 and I checked JDK and my own Java on my computer and it matches up. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
