Hi, I cannot debug with JRuby. I'm using DLTK S-0.10RC1-200802011059 with
Jruby 1.1RC1 in Eclipse 3.3. I've selected jruby.bat as my interpreter
and scripts run fine. When I try to debug using either basic or fast ruby
debugging engines, I get a problem occured box with the following error
details: Debugging Engine not connected to IDE

Does anyone know how to fix this? I couldn't see any obvious args in the
preferences so not sure where to go from here. There is no additional
info in the workspace log file.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Fast debugger is working only with Generic Ruby interpreter, so it is
normal that it is failed with JRuby. In my case Basic debugger is
working fine with JRuby 1.1RC1. Please check debugger log file for
errors. You can find it in "{workspace
root}/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.dltk.ruby.basicdebugger /debug_log.txt "

Regards,
Timur
