exist any possibility to configure in CDO custom id in place CDOid ?

With CLIENT-assigned IDs (see my reply to your other post) you can plug your own CDOIDGenerator into the CDOSession:

org.eclipse.emf.cdo.session.CDOSessionConfiguration.setIDGenerator(CDOIDGenerator)
