I want in a cell AAAA BBBBB and CCCCC DDDD and etc..


the cell should expand based on number of records

So, you want the rows to expand horizontally vs vertically?

If so, try putting the data elements in a list's detail row and set their display property to "inline". You'll find this on the general tab of the property editor. If you want the entire report on a single row, be sure to set your report to auto layout.
