if your eclipse is Java version then you probably do:
Windows-->Preferences-->Tomcat
( Note: after extracting tomcat plugin to your plugin's directory of
eclipse this Tomcat item appears in your Preferences tab)

by simply selecting Tomcat you can see diff radio buttons for diff
versions of Tomcat so you can enable and link the tomcat installation
from that Tomcat Tab and its child tabs


if your eclipse version is java EE then you hava additional Server tab
where you can directly search and link Servers even without plugin
