Using EJB client classes in an RCP application [message #200336] Sun, 23 September 2007 23:39

Hi,

I'd like to use some EJB 3.0 stateful beans from an RCP application.

Is it ok to convert the EJB project to a plugin project and add it to
the RCP application's dependencies? Are there any side-effects to this
which would confuse webtools?

Is there some other "proper" way to achieve this? I just need to get the
@Remote interfaces in the RCP application's classpath.

Thanks.

P.S. The EJB interface is in a state of flux so I would like to be able
to modify it withou having to update the RCP app's classpath every time...
