Is there somewhere step-by-step directions how to set up the environment mentioned in the title? On 64-bit Windows 7?
My aim is using Eclipse for development for STM3240-EVAL board.

I've tried this and that, but I seem to have problems with GDB-OpenOCD communication.
OpenOCD can connect to my board (via ST-Linkv2), and connection from GDB to OpenOCD is established, but quite soon dropped: Ack without pending data.

Also, is Zylin? Should I install Zylin to replace GDB (arm-none-eabi-gdb.exe)?
Can the pipe be used easier then instead of network interface?

I put these questions here, because I don't know any better suitable forums.
