How can I map a key to publish my project?

I can't find any command listed in the Preferences / General / Keys
dialog representing the Publish to server command.

I would really appreciate an answer! My 4 previous attempts to get info
on this have received no reply. I'm quite conscious any more posting on
the subject might be construed as spam, but I don't think there is
anywhere else I can ask or find out.
