Well, as long as you don't add some helpful information (your configuration, error messages, console output, log file output, OS used, Oracle version used, etc.) nobody is able to help you on this problem.

herewith i have mentioned as follow as,

OS = Windows7 32 bit
Jubula Version = Ver7.1.0
Database : Embedded database in jubula standalone package.

Step1: Preference >> Database >>Add >>
Step2:Start 'New' under 'Test' menu.
Step3:Select database from Database Connection window.
Step4:Enter username and password as 'root'.
Step5:Displayed as "Database Connection failed. Please enter a valid username and password and try again."

Console Output:"Connection to Database failed."
Herewith i have attached screen shot for each step...

I'm confused: you wrote that you used the embedded database, but according to the attached screenshots (and your original posting) you configured an Oracle connection.
Did you indeed install an Oracle db instance named jubula on your PC like the data from the screenshots require? If so, did you follow the hints in the documentation about configuring Oracle for Jubula?
If you just want to use the embedded H2 database just select it and don't change any of the parameters.
