Hi,

It seems that a ToolItem (handled AND direct) will either draw the image or the label, but not both.
Is this a feature or a bug?

Not a bug but you can file a feature request to get it. IIRC the
difference is in how the ToolBar is created. This could maybe get
controlled by CSS.
