I have eclipse-java-kepler-R-macosx-cocoa-x86_64 installed on my mac machine. I'm frustrated about the documentation of eclipse as different versions of eclipses are not exactly the same in terms of the interface which makes new users very difficult to find the correct document to follow.

Could anybody point me the exact operations I should do to install CDT on my mac machine? Should it be installed onto eclipse-java-kepler-R-macosx-cocoa-x86_64? Or I should have a completely new eclipse app that is independent of eclipse-java-kepler-R-macosx-cocoa-x86_64? Thanks.
