Preventing validation of library files [message #193110] Fri, 25 May 2007 14:15 Go to next message

I'm using Eclipse (Exadel) 3.2.2 with WTP/WST. I just added a lib
directory to the root of my project folder and now the Validator runs over
those library files, producing thousands of HTML/XML syntax errors and
warnings that I don't care about. How do I get around this problem? Can I
exclude this directory from validation? Should I not have added a lib
directory where I did?

Thanks,
Jeff

Today you can turn off validators on per project basis but nothing more
fine grained. Please open a bug (enhancement request for this). This is
one of areas we've been considering enhancing for WTP 3.0 so any
additional info or uses cases you could provide would be appreciated.
