ANT+ATL with inter-model references [message #1200467]

Hello,

I am working with an ATL transformation with inter-model reference. In the output model there are an attribute that reference an element of an input model. When I run the transformation using ATL Eclipse run wizard the references to input model are store with relative path in the output model, and when I open the output model I haven't got problem. When I try run the transformation with ANT task the transformation works properly but when I open de output model I get an error (because the referente to de input model is a full path)

java.net.MalformedURLException: unknown protocol: c
