I followed the instructions in the tutorial
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/jst/components/ws/1.0/tutori als/WebServiceAntTask/WebServiceAntTask.html .

But, when I try to specify custom client mappings wsgen fails with the
following 2 lines -

argument type mismatch
IWAB0014E Unexpected exception occured

I have tried running wsgen with multiple WSDL files including the sample
provided in the above URL; all with the same results.

Interesting part is just uncommenting that property in the properties file
causes the error no matter what the value is (true/false). Any help is
greatly appreciated.

regards

I am seeing the same problem. I am also having problems setting the
Mappings property in the axisservice.properties file. I opened bug
177005 for this issue. Feel free to add your comments to it and/or to
attach your .properties file that is causing the problem.
