Bob Frankel recently completed a new RTSC primer that explains how to
create and use RTSC interfaces. See
http://wiki.eclipse.org/images/4/45/RTSC_Interface_Primer.zi p in the
Documents section of the RTSC twiki (http://wiki.eclipse.org/DSDP/RTSC)

In addition, we've reorganized the documentation bundles to make them
easier to install and use. Each .zip file contains a single top-level
directory whose name matches the document's name and contains an
index.html file.

Simply unzip to any directory and point your browser to the index.html
file contained in the document's sub-directory. If you zip all documents
into a single directory, cross document links will be fully functional.
