Web project and does not work [message #183962]

I exported a standard web project from eclipse with sources. The war files
is ok. When I import the war into eclispe/wtp on another machine src is
empty, if I manually copy files and folders in src, packages appear but
empty. If I try to drop .java files in their packages, eclipse wants to
renane them because they exist! Is the import feature there just for fun,
or is there a way making this work? I really need to import my project.
