I got this error when I run check for updates

No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/repository/luna

That's because "luna" hasn't been released yet. (Due in June, 2014).
But, it is just an "informative message" ... not an error ... and
doesn't really hurt anything.

What some projects do (e.g. Eclipse Platform) is put an "empty"
repository there, just to avoid getting that warning in the log.

Others, such as for EPP packages, update the repo at
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna, every milestone so those
using EPP packages (such as JEE) can get an "update" every milestone. M3
is due in about 2 weeks.
