Hi, i'm using EGit on Kepler with bitbucket as the origin, and am having issues wit the synchronize view. After performing a pull, the view can show a large number of out of sync files, even though they have not been changed. I have ensured that the autocrlf is set to true, so that is not the problem.

If i do a compare on one of the files, it shows a difference, though inspection of the file in bitbucket shows that there are no changes. Another puzzling thing is that, from the synchronize view, any remote file shown in a compare has the same hash, but the hash is not one shown for the file's history.

After restarting eclipse the 'phantom' changes go away.
