* Java development experience
* Eclipse RCP or plug-in development experience
* Familiarity with any of the following Eclipse projects: OHF, EMF, GMF,
EMFT, GEF, WST, BIRT
* Healthcare or financial domain experience
* Java EE development knowledge (EJB3, JSF, facelets, AJAX)
* Experience with business rules engines (Drools, JESS)
* Experience with business process management and workflow engines
* Ability to submit portfolio of prior development work
