Hello all,
How do I ensure source encoding is of type UTF8 for the files that I have created at the runtime (i.e. after launching my tool I will be creating files at runtime) ?

Thanks in advance Smile

Just a suggestion because I'm not the XTEXT champion:

Open the eclipse menu "Windows" => "Preferences"
In "General" => "Workspace" you can set the textfile encoding globally

Hello Uli,
First of all thanks for your reply Smile .
But will this be applicable to the files I create at runtime in my tool too ?
For now,I am least bothered about the files I create in my workspace but I want to ensure UTF 8 encoding for the files that I create at runtime.

Thanks in advance Smile
