Virgo sample rest is not accessible [message #1120882]

I downloaded the Virgo samples and tried to install the rest sample. Installation is successful. I have done installation using web admin console. Tried verifying it but I always getting not 404 error.

curl -i -H "Accept: application/json" http://:8080/rest/users/roy

Response is 404.

console output after starting the virgo as follows
