Guys, when I try to create a diagram, the following error happen:

The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in tarcisio.diagram was unable to load class arquivo.diagram.part.ArquivoCreationWizard.
An error occurred while automatically activating bundle tarcisio.diagram (1119).

That means that the plug-in implementing your wizard could not be started. It could be due to many different reasons. Have you tried using the Error Log or OSGi Console views to see why it couldn't be activated?
