I have a workspace which has three Dynamic Web Projects (or should have) and
a few Other Projects. I am using WTP 1.0.1 on Eclipse 3.1.2.

I am not at all sure what I did to make this happen, but I rather
desperately need to get their natures back. The underlying directory
still exists, but Eclipse thinks they are empty folders.

I do have these projects in a CVS server, but I am reluctant to restore
them as I was in the middle of some big updates which I had not completed
and so are not yet in CVS.

Any help gratefully received

David

So the "Nature" won't help here because the project "facets" are what determones the "type" of project, and I wonder if something changed in this xml file....

Check your .settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.xml file against your repo to make sure....

You can simply copy your existing project files, checkout from cvs old
files into proper project, and overwrite old files with new ones
