[CDO] DBStore annotation to index columns [message #1113009]

We are trying to use DB Store for our application. We would like to add additional indexs on created tables to speed up a lot of our queries.

DBAnnotation looked like the way this could be achieved, however we could not find an annotation for index creation.

That's currently not supported but would probably make a nice contribution. Please submit an enhancement request. Please
note that I won't have time soon for this, so please consider to attach a patch ;-)

Thanks Eike,

Have created an enhancement request here.

Will work on adding this feature.

Making a single column indexable looks simple enough even for a total EMF and CDO novice like me.

However will need a little help with the spec for multi column indexes and maybe even column constraints like UNIQUE.
